Project on The Titanic & On the Farm

Project 1: The Titanic This project provides the reader with a history of the Titanic and includes pictures and links to other wikis. Project 2: On the Farm Each group were asked to research different aspects of the farm. Some of these areas included machinery used on the farm, animals on a farm and the different types of farms. The project includes lots of interesting facts, pictures and links to other wikis.

Face to face:

Face to face meeting took place in Causey Farm, Navan, Co. Meath. ed at Causey Farm at 12.30. Children were put into their DB groups. Children did lots of activities -Met the farm animals -Giant bubble-blowing -Maze made from hay bales -Obstacle course -Bog hopping Left Causey Farm at 16.00.


The chidren loved the videoconferencing. They spent the first session smiling and waving at eachother. It amazed me how shy they were to speak. The shyness was shortlived as they became more confident.

For Dissolving Boundaries Day 2014 we invited schools to send us short video recordings that show what DB means to them. We've pieced these together into a movie!

A documentary about linking schools through ICT; case studies of cross-border links between Northern Ireland and Ireland in the Dissolving Boundaries programme and in Israel through the TEC program.
