Face-to-face meeting

Venue: Dublin Zoo, Friday the 19th of April
The venue was chosen as it was half way between the schools we also felt that they day would allow the children to get to know each other in a relaxed informal setting. The children in Limerick carried out project work on the zoo and favourite animals in art and science. Pamela and Siobhan developed a trail to be distributed to the kids on the day to give them a focus and a springboard to begin interaction. The children were split into their Dissolving boundaries groups so for example group1 from Limerick and group 1 From Glencraig spent the day together.
