Pupils will come to appreciate to need to conserve resources - reducing the amounts of water used. Blog page based on water conservation including pictures and explanations and results of experiments.

Face-to-Face meeting

Venue: The Crystal Maze, Kilmainhamwood, Kells, Co Meath, 5th of June.
It was a series of physical, mental and skills challenges. Teams navigated around Ireland's biggest hedge maze attempting challenges to win crystals. The teams with the most crystals won a beautiful crystal trophy. This venue was chosen as it ensured that both schools would be mixed into teams to co-operate together.
The challenges they faced included: Physical challenges: Balancing beam, Cargo nets, Swing rope, Tunnels, Stepping stones, Log wall, Tyres, Swing bridge
Mental challenges: Square Basher, Die Hard Challenge, Brain strain, Countdown conundrum, Tyre tower, Middle fiddle riddle, Numbu jumba, Ticking time bomb, Twenty trick questions
Skills challenges: Bowls, Pitch and putt, Darts, Skittles, Soccer, Basketball, Dodgeball, Jenga, Frisbee.

A documentary about linking schools through ICT; case studies of cross-border links between Northern Ireland and Ireland in the Dissolving Boundaries programme and in Israel through the TEC program.
