Students explored the geography of their local areas while getting to know each other.

Following an ice-breaking forum chat, pupils were involved in a range of activities including: A Gallery Who's who, Inter-culture dance and music. Each class explored aspects of their local area and compare & contrast through video conferencing & wikis. The students completed a river study examining pollution in local rivers, testing and analysing a sample of water and comparing it with their partner school.

Face-to-Face meeting

The face-to-face meeting took take place at YMCA Greenhill,toys for kids Newcastle, County Down where the pupils took part in a number of team-building exercises and geographical studies.

A documentary about linking schools through ICT; case studies of cross-border links between Northern Ireland and Ireland in the Dissolving Boundaries programme and in Israel through the TEC program.
